1. No Refund Policy (General Rule) All sales are final and non-refundable, except in strictly limited circumstances defined in Section 2. By completing your purchase you acknowledge you have reviewed the product description, understand what is included, and accept that refunds are not provided outside the defined exceptions.

2. Limited Eligibility for Refund or Replacement Refunds or replacements are granted only under these conditions: product arrives damaged (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence of both product and packaging), or order confirmed lost in transit (officially classified as lost by carrier, with accurate address entered at checkout). If approved, SMIT GROUP d.o.o. reserves the right to issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases Not eligible for refunds: incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to collect the package, orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier, carrier or customs delays, dissatisfaction or subjective expectations, misinterpretation of the product description.

4. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention Contact info@mindclaystudio.com before initiating any dispute. Filing a chargeback without prior contact violates this policy. SMIT GROUP d.o.o. reserves the right to contest all disputes with full evidence including order confirmation, transaction records, IP and fraud screening data, product page content, and shipping confirmation.

5. Delivery Confirmation Clause Carrier tracking indicating successful delivery constitutes valid proof of fulfillment. SMIT GROUP d.o.o. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery or issues caused by incorrect address entry.

6. Customer Responsibility By placing an order you accept full responsibility for providing accurate shipping and contact information, reviewing product details, and understanding what is included.

7. Policy Acceptance By completing checkout you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and waive the right to disputes that contradict these terms.
