At MindClay Studio, we are committed to providing fast and reliable worldwide shipping. We aim to ensure your order arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with full transparency every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Orders are processed from our international shipping center and delivered to major destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time (24–48 hours): All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, including order confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery 6–14 business days. Peak season 10–20 business days (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). Shipping times do not include customs delays or local courier issues.
Shipping Options and Costs We currently offer Standard Shipping (Tracked) with free shipping included on all bundles.
Shipping Insurance Policy Your order is automatically covered by our shipping insurance, protecting against loss, theft, and damage in transit. Shipping insurance is non-refundable. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims for lost items within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Insurance does not cover delays or indirect losses.

Order Modifications & Cancellations Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Processing begins immediately upon receipt.
